Every year, we celebrate World Food Day. We take this opportunity to teach the children about the importance of developing a healthy relationship with the food, trying new tastes and textures and good manners at the table.

Early Explorers visited SAVART Restaurant and Bistro Dorobanti. They had the opportunity to see how a restaurant’s kitchen looks like and meet Savart chef and co-owner Manuela Paraschivescu who is a graduate of the prestigious French gastronomic academy Grégoire Ferrandi. They also served a snack in the restaurant practicing their good manners and at the end each of them paid their own bill.

At Bistro Dorobanti they cooked their own pizza and raw dessert.
