As part of our Music Month project, our friends from Sarang Hanguk held a cello workshop. Natalia talked to the children about how her mum encouraged her to enroll in Music School in order to expand her experience. She instantly fell in love with the cello and told the children how playing an instrument requires many hours of practice and explained how important passion and persistence are. She talked about how the cello is part of the string family, what it is made from and then the children had a turn at strumming the strings.

Sarang Hanguk promotes cultural diversity and aims to make each workshop a unique experience for children, where they can get to know the Korean culture in a straight forward and friendly way.
