In Acorns we value all our staff and place a strong focus on encouraging each one’s professional development through training, feedback and team building. At the end of each school year each member of staff has an evaluation meeting during which they have the opportunity to reflect on what they have learnt and how they have contributed to the further development of Acorns. One of the staff shared with us “I chose to work here because I wanted to work as part of a professional and experienced team – and I made the right decision” and another: “Everything here is about the child and I am happy to work here. I received great support from the team and learnt something from each one….here, you can never stop learning!” Happy and fulfilled staff lead to a happy atmosphere and happy children in the nurseries!
