This year we held the 9th edition of our Great British Garden Party. The aim of the event is to bring together the Acorns community: Acorns families, families of children now at school, friends and friends of friends in a festive atmosphere, to enjoy quality time alongside their children. This edition was a real success! Everybody had a lot of fun and enjoyed the games, foods and drink prepared. Our big raffle generated a lot of enthusiasm among both children and parents. The proceeds from the event, 4545 Lei, will go towards The Early Years Conference, providing an opportunity for 200 teachers from the Romanian state system to participate for free in 3 days training, with international specialists; a project that Acorns Foundation organizes through its training division, First7.
